Regan Hahn 

Regan "RC" Hahn's career began in Los Angeles as a personal trainer, where she positively impacted the lives of thousands of clients before transitioning into managerial roles. She has been featured in media broadcasts and spoken at major fitness events as a recognized coach and leader. This firsthand experience fuels her passion for recruiting, where she finds fulfillment in helping the next generation of fitness professionals secure meaningful opportunities to make a living doing what they love.

With 15 years of experience across both commercial and boutique settings and 7 seasons within the NHL and MLS, RC brings a wealth of knowledge to the recruiting team, backed by a proven track record of success across various departments. 

In 2019, she was nationally recognized as a top-performing manager, breaking company records for member and employee retention and satisfaction KPIs. Her success is grounded in the belief that "people matter." She emphasizes, “We are in the relationship business. Leads come for the product but convert and stay for the experience, which starts and ends with the people they interact with inside the facility.” Her philosophy is simple: “Hire the right talent, then equip them with the resources and environment they need to succeed.”

RC has also served as the Director of Trainer Development and Education, overseeing multi-unit employee onboarding for 12+ commercial gym locations across Los Angeles. This role sharpened her ability to assess candidates' potential, an expertise she now applies to her recruiting work.

Now home based in Kansas City, RC enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and contributing to philanthropic projects that align with her passion for enhancing the community's mental and physical health.
